Refund Policy - Seal Bay RV Park & Campground

REFUND / CANCELLATION POLICY: NO REFUNDS EXCEPT FOR THE FOLLOWING:

• A 50% deposit will be taken at the time of booking.
• Payment in full must be made if reservation is for 1 or 2 nights or within 14 days of arrival. Sites are subject to change and site numbers are not guaranteed.
• A full refund will be issued if booking is cancelled 21 days prior to the date of check in, less a $50.00 cancellation fee.
• Reservations of 2 or more weeks will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 per week. For example, if you have booked a 2 week stay the cancellation fee would be $100.00, 3 week stay cancellation fee would be $150.00, 4 week stay $200.00 Refunds will ONLY be issued on original bookings, within the required timeline. No refunds on bookings where the dates have been amended.
• For Winter seasonal bookings, 1st October - 31st March a $500.00 deposit will be taken. A $250.00 fee will be charged on ALL cancellations and NO REFUND will be processed if less than 30 days notice is given.
• Minimum number of nights on a long weekend is 3 nights. No refunds or credits will be given for bookings over long weekends.
