From the Inland Island Highway (route 19):

Take exit 117 off Highway, merge right onto Comox Valley Parkway. Turn left on Cliffe Avenue, turn right onto 17th Street bridge, turn left at lights and follow the road, Superstore is on the right, turn right at the lights onto Ryan Road. Following signs for Powell River Ferry / CFB Comox.

Seal Bay RV Park signs can then be followed.
